Documents
What the business issues and what it keeps: templates, attachments and numbered certificates whose provenance can be shown.
A template, once
The shape of an invoice, a certificate or a delivery note is defined for the company in both languages and applies to everything issued afterwards. Changing a letterhead is not a project.
An attachment knows where it belongs
A file is held against the record it concerns — a contract, a job, an asset, an employee — and inherits that record’s permissions. Not a shared folder everybody can see because nobody looked.
Printing in the right direction
Arabic documents print right-to-left and English ones left-to-right, with figures that line up in their columns. This is part of the design, not a stylesheet added after the first customer complained.
