Capabilities

Business partners

One register for the customer, the supplier and the subcontractor, and the terms every document inherits from it.

  1. One party, several roles

The company that buys from you this month and hauls for you next month is one row, not three. A role is a property of the relationship rather than a separate entity whose details somebody re-keys in each module.

  2. Terms that apply themselves

Payment days, credit limit, currency and price list are held once on the party and reach every document raised for them without anyone typing them again.

  3. Contacts and interactions

Who spoke to whom, when, and against which document. Enough of a record that handing an account to a colleague is routine rather than an excavation.

  4. Codes come from the server

Partner codes are allocated per organization and period by the platform, so there is no second code for one party and no hand-typed code that quietly collides with another.
