Privacy

This is an early draft, not yet reviewed by a lawyer. It describes what the platform does today and will be replaced by a reviewed policy before commercial launch.

What this website collects

The marketing site runs no advertising trackers and sets no analytics cookies. The only cookie it may write is your language preference, which identifies nobody.

The contact form

What you send through the contact form — your name, email address and message — reaches the platform team’s inbox for the sole purpose of replying to you.

Company data inside the product

Each company’s data is isolated from every other and reached only through permissions. Every change to a record is logged with who made it, when, and which fields moved — without copying the values themselves, so that no table ends up holding a copy of data whose permissions it does not inherit.

Platform team access

Supporting a company sometimes means looking at its data. That access is read-only, and recorded as a session with a beginning, an end and a named operator behind it.

Retention

How long activity records and data are kept after a subscription ends is a decision nobody has taken. We will not write a number here that no behaviour in the system actually implements.
