Terms of use
This is an early draft, not yet reviewed by a lawyer, published to make the intent visible rather than to bind anyone. The agreement that governs any company is the contract signed with it.
What you are buying
A subscription to a service delivered over the internet, with the bundles named in your contract. A subscription transfers no ownership of the software and grants no right to resell it.
Your data is yours
The data your company enters belongs to your company. We process it to run the service and for nothing else.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, to attempt access to another company’s data, or for security testing without prior written permission.
Availability and support
Service levels, maintenance windows and support channels are set in your contract rather than on this page.
Termination and export
Termination terms, how long data is kept afterwards and how it is exported are questions the platform has not settled. They will be written here when they are, rather than assumed now.
